Happy Birthday Jacob

Jacob just turned 7 this year and had a blast doing it. He had a fun filled day. First he got to bring cupcakes to his classmates to celebrate then we went to his special dinner at McDonalds (he wanted to play there) then we had some friends join the fun for cake and ice cream and presents. He got everything he had been wanting for some time now so he was delighted to no end.

We were running errands today and one of the stops was walgreens. Jacob asked why we had to go there and I told him it was to pick up a med. He asked what it was for and I told him that it was to help me calm down and he so innocently said "We should get some for daddy, for when he gets mad" oh the joys of kids

For a long time now Jacob has been obsessed with the mario brothers. anytime he sees mario or luigi he gets very hyper and wants to get it, so when he saw mario on the wall at school he went bezerk.

Well the school year is about to start. The theme this year is "lights camera action"We went to meet the teacher night and got to find out where we sit and whose in their class ect...
both kids are excited to start school and they are happy with the teachers they got. lets hope this year goes better than last.

baby spit

last sunday jacob was holding a friends baby and the baby spit up on him and meagans lap. meagan flipped out and thought that she was going to become sick because of it. we had to calm her down and explain that babies just do that and it does not mean you are going to become sick. funny the things kids think.
